Clausing Model 100mk3
The lathe is a 1943 Clausing Model 100, and I believe it's a mark 3 model based on https://www.lathes.co.uk/clausing/page6.html.

I was able to contact Clausing and discover that based on my serial number (2295) it's a Model 108, and shipped new on 5/28/43 to Morey Machine Co. Clausing also sent me a parts manual for that range of serial numbers.

This appears slightly different than the commonly found manual on the internet for these Model 100 lathes, which I'm preserving here for posterity.
